DSLR Photography

Whether you are a hobbiest DSLR camera user or have no photography knowledge whatsoever, this is a fun and informative workshop for all.

Course duration: 3 hours

Cost: $65

Group size: Maximum of 8 persons

Workshop dates & times:

DSLR Workshop - Feb 23, 6:00-9:00 PM

DSLR Workshop - Feb 25, 9:00-12:00 PM

Workshop outline: For those who want to take advantage of the various settings on your DSLR camera to capture creative, jaw-dropping imagery, this workshop will teach you the fundamental skills to do so. Remember the talent lies with the photographer and not the camera - it’s about the eye and not the gear! By practicing the techniques of basic photography, you will intuitively adjust your camera to create what your mind’s eye sees capturing those spontaneous moments with people and nature. We will focus on the camera’s varied features allowing you to “paint with light” that delivers images worthy of framing for your home.

A detailed workbook will be available for each attendee that follows right along with the workshop curriculum enabling you to spend time learning instead of scribbling notes.
